If you are trying to make the brush smaller, it doesn't make the brush smaller, it just makes the picture smaller, and vice-versa. It used to be where, if you wanted to resize a paint brush, for instance, you would click in the size box (in the toolbar) and you could move the brush to the picture and roll your mouse wheel until you resize the brush to the proper size, but now, with Windows 10, it just changes the size of the picture. It seems to mostly compatible, except for one thing: The feature in the toolbar you use to resize brushes, text, cropping pixels, etc.
